1. What’s the Deal?

We are offering three options, two options of plans on the AT&T network, and one option on T-Mobile. Please see the details of these plans below.

2. How much does it cost?

Granite on AT&T plans

Basic 2GB pooled costs USD 29.99 per line, per month, plus taxes and fees.

Unlimited plan costs USD 59.99 per line, per month, plus taxes and fees.

 

Granite on T-Mobile plan

Unlimited plan costs USD 33 per line, per month, plus taxes and fees.

 

That’s 15%-50% less than T-Mobile direct (depending on how many lines you have) and up to 50% less than Verizon and AT&T direct

 

3. How do I pay?

We send you a bill each month to your email, and payment is through a credit card. We only accept credit cards as a valid payment method at this time.

4. Is the program available to my family?

Yes! Family, friends, significant other, as long as all services are billed to and paid by you. There’s no limit to the number of lines you can have.

 

5. Are there any contracts?

There are no contracts or term commitments. You can cancel at any time.

6. Can I keep my existing phone number?

Yes, if you are switching from another carrier or coming over from T-Mobile or AT&T direct, we port your existing phone number.

 

7. What about my existing equipment?

Most of the later smartphones can be used on T-Mobile or AT&T, assuming they are unlocked. Here is the latest device list:

8. What about new devices?
This is a BYOD (bring your own device) program; you can purchase new devices directly from Apple, Samsung, LG or other brands.

 

9. How’s the T-Mobile and AT&T coverage?

T-Mobile’s coverage is within 1% of Verizon and AT&Ts. There are some areas, generally outside of urban/suburban areas where coverage is weaker. However, T-Mobile can also supply a home box that enhances coverage. Also, T-Mobile is aggressively increasing their coverage in weaker areas during this year and is expecting to have as good or better coverage than any carrier. You can check Coverage here:

10. Coverage inside my home isn’t great. Is there anything that can be done?

Yes, T-Mobile can provide a device to boost signal for your mobile number. If you cancel service, the device will need to be returned (otherwise there will be a $500 charge). A $25 deposit is required for this device.

11. How do I sign up?

Fill out the form online at the home page to request your service. Please indicate the plan you’ve chosen, and also your current mobile plan information. A member of Granite Telecommunications will contact you shortly to confirm your order and walk you through the activation and payment details and process.
